🧵 Rental Services
Luna Hanbok Story provides curated hanbok rentals and accessory packages for events, portraits, celebrations, and cultural milestones. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
When placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate sizing and event information
- Return all rental items by the agreed-upon date
- Notify us of any damages or issues immediately upon receipt
📅 Rental Duration & Return Policy
- Rental periods are agreed upon at checkout or booking.
- Items must be returned in clean, undamaged condition by the return date.
- Late returns may incur a $25/day per hanbok fee unless previously arranged.
- Damage or loss may result in partial or full replacement charges depending on severity.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless in-person pickup/drop-off is agreed.
💳 Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, or other secure checkout options.
- Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee.
- Orders canceled within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable due to preparation time and reservation blocks.
🧵 Sizing & Fit
We offer general guidance for choosing hanbok sizes based on height, waist, and age, but it is the client’s responsibility to confirm sizing before the event.
If unsure, contact us before booking — we’re happy to assist with virtual fitting support or size references.
📦 Shipping & Local Delivery
- We ship throughout the U.S. and offer local pickup/delivery within Orange County, CA.
- Shipping timelines and delivery dates are confirmed after checkout.
- Maison Lune d’Or is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
🌸 Use & Care of Rental Items
Please handle the hanbok and accessories with care. Items should:
- Not to be altered, cut, dyed, or washed
- Be kept away from food, liquids, bodily fluids, or smoke
- Be worn for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise approved
If there are concerns about wear, please notify us immediately. We document the condition before each rental.

By tagging @lunahanbokstory or submitting photos, you grant permission for us to share your images on our website and social channels unless otherwise requested. We always respect your privacy.
🛍️ Product Listings & Availability
All product images and descriptions are meant to represent actual rental inventory as closely as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen calibration, or the uniqueness.
