🧼 All hanboks are professionally cleaned and steamed before every rental.
Please help us keep them in excellent condition for the next guest!
📅 Same-day bookings are not available.
Please book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and preparation time.
⏰ Pickup and return times will be confirmed via email after booking.
We kindly ask that you respect the agreed-upon time to avoid late return fees.
🧵 Sizing will be confirmed via email after booking.
We’ll reach out to make sure your hanbok fits beautifully.
🚫 Please avoid food, drinks, or smoking while wearing hanbok.
Stains or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
💳 Security deposit may be required for certain rentals.
This will be fully refunded upon safe return of the item(s).
